FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: I’ve purchased tickets for friends, family or work colleagues. Now what?
Terrific! We’re so glad that you’re sharing this fun experience and important event with others. The first thing to know is that this is a “ticketless” event. This means we’ll need the full name of each guest in your group by January 31st. Then they can simply self-identify when they arrive.

Second, please share this email and information with them, so they understand the format, dress code and parking options.

Q: What is the format of the event? Is seating available?
The party will kick off at 6:30 PM with a cocktail-style reception. There will be passed canapés and bountiful platters with a little something to meet everyone’s taste and dietary needs. At registration each guest will receive two tickets that can be redeemed for craft beer, wine or soft drinks. A water station will also be available.

There will be limited seating during the reception for seniors and individuals who require a break from standing. Cruiser tables will also be set up throughout the venue, with plenty of space for guests to mix and mingle, and visit the silent auction tables.

Just before 8:00 PM, guests will be invited to make their way to the performance area, where 125 chairs will be set up in front of the stage. There will also be space to stand if you wish, and of course, room for dancing if you’re so inspired!

Q: What is the Dress Code?
The Winter Warm Up! is meant to be a fun, social, good-for-the-heart-and-soul kind of experience, so we want you to be comfortable. With that in mind, we’re suggesting Business Casual or Dressy Casual apparel.

Q: What do I need to know about Parking?
Underground parking is available at Lansdowne, and thanks to our friends at Precise ParkLink, you can pre-purchase your parking pass for the reduced price of $8.00 by visiting TD Place website. Once underground, we suggest that you park in the yellow zone, and take the yellow-coded elevator as it will transport you directly into The Horticulture Building.
